The ROM Queen Esther’s Fellowship is a Ministry of queens called to support the Vision of Revival Outreach Ministries in prayers, preaching, teachings, and outreaches backed by spreading of the gospel of love with our hands. This Ministry is envisioned to assimilate the role played by Queen Esther, which brought God’s will and purpose in the life of Jewish people, in our case, we envisage to bring God’s will and purpose in the lives of people in South Africa and beyond. After examining of divine facts, it can be concluded that, God himself found that “No vision or purpose can be accomplished without a vision or purpose supporter”.
OPEN HEART
The Revival Outreach Ministries’ Queen Esther Ministry (ROM QEM) has an open heart to the needs of mankind – our heart concern is to be a hand in the fulfilling of the mission and vision of the Ministry:
- Their heart is open to give and pray for the visionary and vision of Revival Outreach Ministries and its pastors.
- Their heart is open to pray and show compassion for mankind
- Their heart is open to spread the Gospel in surrounding areas and the global.

Our Purpose
Our purpose is intercessory prayer. Praying for the vision of this ministry, locally and internationally (which is reaching and reviving churches around the world).
The reality of the great responsibility weighing on our shoulders and the minimal time frame we have in fulfilling our mandate under the tutelage of the Almighty God, has propelled us to fast track our pace to catch up with the lost time.
In order to showcase efficiency and effectiveness, every woman will be involved and thus expected to carry out the duties assigned to her with passion.
With our open hearts we intending to pray and reach out for the needs of humanity with the message of love, hope and care. And also stand in the gap for our Pastors, church, homes and nation.
Q EM is a fellowship that caters for all marital status; married, widowed, divorced and single parents. The aim is to unite the queens of ROM in fellowship and teachings. Our meetings are conducted to equip the queens with;
- The word of God through our normal services and bible study.
- Prayer walks.
- Offering pre-marital counselling.
- Grooming of our princesses for marriage.
- Conducting bridal showers for brides to be.
- Baby showers for mothers to be.
- Giving a caring hand to the bereaved.
- Being support structure to our fellow sisters who are widowers and divorces.
- Teaching queens how to function / take care of their houses.
- Living healthy lifestyles.
The ROM queens are also passionate about ministering as unto Christ through the work of their hands. By hand crafts such as cooking and sowing etc, as tools for raising funds for various projects in the Ministry e.g church building, outreach programs, social events. We work with other departments under the umbrella of ROM such as;
- Help Ministry: by ministering unto the needy with a caring heart, by providing food parcels, clothing etc.
- Counselling Department: by praying and counselling women.
Our Objectives
- Be a blessing at home
God created a home before a church began, our spiritual life and influence must begin at home before it can be effective in any place.
- Pray for your home, especially for your husband and children everyday.
- Live a Christ-like life in your home.
- Win your family to Christ, pray for the salvation of those who are not saved.
- To build your spiritual life as a unique woman of God, attend the ladies meetings regularly.
- Equip yourself with the teachings you were taught in the queens fellowship, Bible study, soul winning, hand work, health and better ways of taking care of your home and family.
- Be a blessing to the Local Church, spiritually and materially
- Pray for it, be specific about its needs.
- Support it, give your tithes and be involved in the church programs to spread the gospel.
- Meet its needs and work for it.
- Keep it clean and beautiful, decorate it.
- Be a blessing to the Pastor & his family
- Pray for them daily, even in the QE meetings pray for their ministry and needs.
- Respect the Pastor he is the head of the church, Queen Esther fellowship is under his guidance.
- Love them and encourage them.
- Be a blessing to the Community
- Live a holy life in your community.
- Be an example of love. Look for ways to help others.
- Witness Christ to your community. Use the opportunity of house visits in our QE meeting programme.
- Invite them to church.
Programs and Activities
All the programs and activities of the Revival Outreach Ministries Queen Esther Fellowship shall be based upon and at all times be consistent with Revival Outreach Ministries statement of faith.
- We believe in the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments in their original writing as fully inspired of God and accept them as the supreme and final authority for faith and life
- We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons, The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
- We believe that Jesus Christ was begotten of the Father, conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary and is true God and true man (100% God & 100% man).
- We believe that God created man in His own image; that man sinned and thereby incurred the penalty of sin which is death , physical and spiritual; that all human beings inherit a sinful nature which issues (in the case of those who reach moral responsibility) in actual transgression involving personal guilt.
- We believe that the Lord Jesus died for our sins a substitutionary sacrifice according to the scripture and that all who believe in him are justified on the ground of his shed blood.
- We believe in the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus, His ascension into heaven, and His present life as our High Priest and Advocate at the right hand of the Father.
- We believe in the personal return of the Lord Jesus.
- We believe in the baptism in the Holy Spirit, empowering and equipping believers for service, with the accompanying of supernatural gifts in the Holy Ghost and in fellowship with the Holy Spirit. We believe in the divinely ordained ministries of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers.
- We believe in the resurrection of both the just and the unjust , the eternal blessedness of the redeemed , and the eternal banishment of those who have rejected the offer of salvation
- We believe that all who repent of their sin and receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit and thereby become the children of God.
- We believe that the one true Church is the whole company of those who have been redeemed by Jesus Christ and regenerated by the Holy Spirit; that the local Church on earth should take its character from this conception of the church spiritual and therefore, that the new birth and personal confession of Christ are essentials of the church membership.
- We believe that the Lord Jesus appointed two ordinances, Baptism in the Water and the Lord’s Super – to be observed as acts of obedience and as perpetual witnesses to the cardinal facts of the Christian faith, that Baptism is the emmersion of the believer in water as confession of identification with Christ in burial and resurrection and that the Lord’s Super is the partaking of the emblems symbolic of the Saviour’s broken body and shed blood, in remembrance of his sacrificial death, till he comes.
- We believe that divine Healing was provided for in the Old Testament and is an integral part of the Gospel.
- We believe that the Bible teaches that without Holiness no man can see God .We therefore believe that every member must strive for holiness and failure to live a holy life may result in the dismissal of such a member. We believe in the doctrine of sanctification as a definite, yet progressive work of grace, commencing at the time of the new birth and continuing until the consummation of salvation.
